Recursos de programación de docker
We've all written an application from scratch before. It’s manual, inefficient, and what’s worse, it’s completely unreproducible. So then you might turn to Docker, which solves the process-level reproducibility by packaging up a full execution environment. But once we get beyond a single machine, we need to coordinate the work across a cluster of machines -- trying to do it imperatively can quickly turn into a tangled mess! You want to declare to your cluster what you expect it to do, and have the cluster assign the resources to get it done, recover from failures, and scale easily. Kubernetes is a recently open sourced cluster manager and scheduler that simplifies the complex tasks of deploying and managing your application. You simply declare the desired state, and Kubernetes does the work to keep it that way. In this talk, I'll do a hands-on demonstration of how you can move from a single Docker container to many containers running across a cluster of machines with Kubernetes.
A successful DevOps culture should value the topic security as a self-evident aspect of a holistic software development life cycle. Just as we’ve learned that topics such as testing, operations or design are best tackled in a cross functional team as a part of an integrated development process, we now must understand, that an over-the-shoulder approach regarding security doesn’t work in times of continuous delivery and continuous deployment. We will be showing how to integrate static analysis, as well as dynamic application security testing into a Java build pipeline, using open source tools like OWASP Dependency Check, OWASP ZAP, FindBugs, Docker, Testcontainers and Gitlab. There will be no silver bullets presented in this talk, but we will find out why we should care about security in our applications and what challenges are still lying ahead of us.
Greach is a yearly technical conference around Android, JVM Frameworks and alternative JVM languages. It brings together JVM developers with framework creators and international speakers. Developers learn about JVM languages such as Groovy, Kotlin, platforms such as Android, JVM frameworks such as Grails, Micronaut, Ratpack, Spock... or cloud environments such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or PWS. The most talented developers around Europe come to Greach to learn how to develop better, faster and smarter. ------------- A successful DevOps culture should value the topic security as a self-evident aspect of a holistic software development life cycle.
Por José María Roldán Gil Through this talk, I want to share some knowledge about how to use Kubernetes to orchestrate Docker containers serving as NFV. Although the initial purpose of Kubernetes is microservices, one can virtualize network functions with Docker containers, and, therefore, Kubernetes arises as a natural tool to orchestrate and manage them. However, it is needed a separation between data plane and control plane in NFV. To achieve that with Kubernetes, it needs to be configured with some plugins.
Cloud computing providers offer an increasing number of great services which are being used more and more by our today's applications. Docker has done an incredible job unifying development and production environments, but we think it is more a solution to package applications than a tool for developer workflows. Running your development environment in the cloud is the only way to have a truly unified experience from development to production. Other advantages are 100% repeatable environments, improved performance, payment as you go and company policies applied at the development level. ------------- Todos los vídeos de Codemotion 2018 en: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKxa4AIfm4pUKl4PGFucaziMr16GVOBI0 ¡Conoce Autentia!
