I've just watched this interesting talk by Robert C. Martin:What Killed Smalltalk Could Kill Ruby, TooIt's very interesting to me the idea that the same features that make Ruby great to write might be also bad, because you can live with bad design for too long so you can make the mess bigger and bigger until you can't go on anymore. He argues that in other less expressive languages, you'd feel the pain of bad design much sooner which will force you to adopt good practices earlier. - por Garajean...
