Hoy en día el rol del Scrum Master sigue siendo poco entendido en muchas organizaciones, especialmente en la relación y solapamiento con el rol del manager. A su vez en muchas organizaciones está surgiendo el rol de Engineering Manager, que muchas veces (por no decir siempre) tiene muchos aspectos similares al de un Scrum Master. En este encuentro debatiremos en formato "mesa redonda virtual" sobre las diferencias, similitudes y posibles opciones que están funcionando en algunas empresas. Para eso contaremos con la participación de Agile Coaches con gran experiencia en muchas organizaciones, Engineering Managers y Scrum Masters para tener una perspectiva diversa en el debate.
