Head of Marketing, AppAgent
Martin started in gaming in 2010 and two years later he founded BeerDeer Studios which produced Nyrthos – an action RPG for PC, Mac and mobile. After progressing from the Marketing Manager over to Marketing Analyst, Martin is now Head of Marketing at AppAgent where he oversees a team of five. For Studycat, he led the analytical project and served as the client’s account manager.
Head of Marketing Analytics, Pixel Federation
After getting a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and quitting a job at a bank, Michal joined Pixel Federation in 2014 as a data analyst to support one of the smaller projects back then – Diggy’s Adventure. During his time on Diggy’s, he mostly focused on improving monetization using custom segmentation strategies. Couple of years later after launching the game on mobile, it turned out to be the biggest success of Pixel Federation. As a consequence of successful launch there was a need for a dedicated data guy in the marketing department to support the huge increase in marketing spend. Currently he’s working as Head of Marketing Analytics in Pixel Federation – taking care of everything from data collection, through ROAS prediction to building the right tools for UA managers.
